Entry RULES

• One entry per day, per person will be counted.
• No purchase necessary.
• All entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Contest is available to the US and abroad.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

You can submit as often as you wish. A winner will be announced on December 15, 2012.  One (1) name will be randomly drawn from the pool of names eligible to win and that one person will be notified via The Learning Station’s Facebook fan page. The winner must respond via email to TheLearningStation@cfl.rr.com and claim this prize.  If this prize is not claimed within 10 days you will be forfeited and another winner will be chosen.

RULES & REGULATIONS: 

• You will be required to supply a suitable facility based on our requirements.  Depending on the facility and size of the audience an additional sound system may be needed.  You will be responsible for supplying the required sound for this event.  Otherwise there will be no additional cost to you.
• We will give you choices for available dates based on our tour schedule.  Once you are committed to a date, time and location a confirmation will be emailed to you.  You are required to adhere to that confirmation.
• We require one hour for set-up and thirty minutes for breakdown.
• The winner will supply a table to display Learning Station products which will be sold during this event.
• The Learning Station reserves the right to travel only to those countries that they deem acceptable.
• The Learning Station performer for this prize package giveaway will be Don Monopoli.
• The winner will have one year from the December 15, 2012 to schedule their concert or training.  If they have not scheduled by November 15th 2013 their prize package will be forfeited.

LIMITATIONS:

• If your name is not drawn and you are not notified that you are a winner, you are not eligible to claim a prize.
• The Learning Station is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prize/offer or in the administration of the promotion.
• No substitution or cash will be given in lieu of the prize.
• By accepting the prize package, the winner agrees to hold The Learning Station from any and all liability that may be incurred as a result.
